Философия На Финансовото Въздействие

Abstract

Финансите като технология за управление на парите оказват влияние върху всички обществени дейности. В много случаи тяхната роля е определяща. По тази причина настоящата статия изследва въздействието на финансите върху производството, потреблението и трудовите ресурси. Обстойно се разглеждат и финансовите лостове за икономическо стабилизиране на общините. Анализира се сериозното значение на финансовата политика на фирмите и държавата, която е много тясно свързана с операциите на Централната банка и на търговските банки. Във връзка с това се правят предложения за диференцирано данъчно облагане и промени в баланса на банките. Обосновава се потребността от непрекъснато усъвършенстване на техниките за мобилизиране и изразходване на пари в името на едно по-ефективно финансово въздействие.
