Специфика На Компенсаторната Система В Суре-Среда

Abstract

В статията обект на изследване са специфичните измерения на мотивацията в екипна среда. Фокусът се поставя върху проектирането и функционирането на системите за възнаграждение в СУРЕ. Идентифицират се ключовите промени в компенсаторната система в процеса на трансформация от традиционни към екипно базирани структури. Анализират се основните фактори за ефективното и адекватно управление на системата за възнаграждение. Изводът, който се налага, е, че устойчивото развитие на СУРЕ изисква, организациите да реорганизират компенсаторната система в съответствие със специфичните характеристики на новата екипна среда. В противен случай се създават предпоставки за възникването на проблеми и възможен провал на СУРЕ-концепцията.
