Количествена Мярка За Значимостта На Научно-Техническата Информация Като Фактор На Производството

Abstract

В условията на съвременната икономика научно-техническата информация е един от най-значимите фактори на икономическия растеж. В настоящата статия са представени резултатите от изследването на зависимостта между обема научно-техническа информация (НТИ) и величината на брутния вътрешен продукт (БВП) на Руската Федерация. Като съставни елементи на НТИ авторите разглеждат научните статии, действащите патенти за изобретения, действащите патенти за полезни модели, водещите производствени технологии. В работата са представени оценки за значимостта на отделните информационни източници от гледна точка на формирането на БВП, оценки за стойността на НТИ като фактор на икономическия растеж. Статията е подготвена въз основа на резултатите от изследванията, проведени за сметка на бюджетните средства по Тематичния план за НИР на Финансовия университет от 2011 година.
