Развитие На Пазара На Жилищни Имоти В Република България

Abstract

В статията се изследват факторите на търсене и предлагане на пазара на недвижими имоти в РБългария. Разглежда се връзката между стойността, цената и разходите за създаване на недвижими имоти, като e представено разбирането за пазарната стойност на недвижимите имоти като приложим и най-често използван стандарт на стойността от позицията на международните стандарти за оценяване. Изследвани са тенденциите в изменението на цената и пазарната стойност на жилищните имоти в България през последните пет години и влиянието на начина на финансиране на сделките с недвижими имоти върху тях.
