Abstract

Господстваща научна парадигма в икономическата теория понастоящем е неокласическият икономикс, който поставя оскъдността на ресурсите и благата в основата на съществуването,функционирането и развитието на икономиката. Обект на анализ в статията са редица нови явления, породени от ико- номиката, основана на знанията. Това са: изобилието от знания; специфичният начин на възпроизводство и отчуждаване на знанието; креативният характер на създаването на знания; запазването на полезността и неунищожимостта на знанията в процеса на употреба; промените в характера и механизмите на натрупване; многосубектността и лесното трансформиране на знанията от частно в публично благо. Тези нови реалности не се вместват в „прокрустовото ложе” на неокласическия икономикс и поставят под съмнение обяснителните му възможности. Същите могат да се разглеждат като симптом и прелюдия към криза, която да доведе до научна революция в икономическата теория и замяна на съществуващата с нова научна парадигма.
