Abstract

Компетентностите на управленските счетоводители са в процес на развитие съобразно променящата се социално-икономическа реалност. Практическото приложение на компетентностния подход в разглежданата област е отговор на промяната в нагласите от предметно-ориентирано към компетентностноориентирано обучение. Настоящото изследване има за цел да предложи компетентностен модел за обучение на студентите в областта на управленското счетоводство. Прилагането на разработения модел на компетентности в обучителния процес ще допринесе както за развитие на компетентностите, знанията и уменията, ценностите, етиката и нагласите, така и за реализа-цията на бъдещите управленски счетоводители.
