Динамичните Трансформации На Пазара На Труда В България При Условията На Дигитални Технологии И Пандемия

Abstract

В настоящата статия са разгледани основните трансформации, които настъпиха на пазара на труда вследствие ускорените процеси на цифровизация през последните две години. Тези промени в основата си са предизвикани от четвъртата индустриална революция и протичащата пандемия COVID-19. В изследването се акцентира върху необходимостта от развитие на „хибридните“ форми на заетост, основаващи се на гъвкавостта и сигурността. Специално място е отделено на нуждата от инвестиране в човешки капитал в среда на дигитални технологии и интензивно навлизане на изкуствения интелект в трудовите процеси.
