Перспективен Пространствен Модел За Устойчиво Прерайониране И Осигуряване На Регионалното Развитие В България

Abstract

Предвид процеса на обезлюдяване на Северозападния район за планиране и последващото влошаване на социално-икономическите индикатори в района е необходимо предприемането на действия по прерайониране на регионите от NUTS 2. Необходимостта от обособяването на ново райониране се обуславя от високата степен на изоставане на района в ключови социално-икономически фактори като: транспортна инфраструктура, демографски характеристики, БВП на човек от населението, средна брутна работна заплата и др. Предложеният вариант за райониране на България запазва в дългосрочен аспект нормативно заложения брой живущи в районите от ниво 2 и позволява обособяването на пет регионални центъра. По този начин, в случай на липса на форсмажорни обстоятелства в социално-икономически аспект в страната, би могло да се постигне икономическа интеграция между районите и развитие на регионалната политика за целите на прилагането на финансовото осигуряване развитието на изоставащите райони, към които в настоящия момент попада Северозападният район за планиране
