Очертаване Линиите На Разлома В Европейския Съюз

Abstract

В изследването сме се постарали да избягаме от природния, геологическия и физическия аспект на понятието разлом. Възприели сме, че разломът означава отсъствие на единство, на съгласие в дадена система. По този начин сме фундаментализирали нашите разсъждения. Първият акцент е поставен върху отделянето на Обединеното кралство (OK) от ЕС. В синтезирана хронология е проследено времето от приемането на ОК в ЕС до м. декември 2020 г. вкл. Уловена е една от причините за отделянето на кралството, която се състои в менталните различия между него и Континента. По-нататък е подчертано, че разломите в ЕС, в тяхното видово многообразие, са предизвикани и чрез косвена връзка от първа степен от събудените империи в света, философията на Mitteleuropa, делението на Стара и Нова Европа и др. Предложена е двуфакторна матрица, като чрез нея е търсена връзката между етапите на разширяване на Съюза и степента на отсъствие на единство и съгласие в Общността. В заключението е посочено, че трябва да се освободим от интегра-ционния романтизъм и да се върви към постлисабонски договор.
