Изобретателска И Патентна Активност В България За Периода 2012–2017 Година

Abstract

Патентите предоставят сериозна защита за изобретателите, като по този начин им позволяват, от една страна, по-бързо да възвърнат направените разходи, а от друга, да си извоюват по-голям пазарен дял или да защитят вече съществуващите позиции в конкурентната среда. Във връзка с това целта на статията е да се установят динамиката и тенденциите в изобретателската активност, реализирана от наши и чужди заявители, и на тази база да се направят полезни за бизнеса изводи и насоки. Изследването е базирано на системния подход, като са анализирани данни от информационните масиви на Патентното ведомство на Република България за периода 2012–2017 година. Изследването показва, че България представлява интерес за притежателите на патенти предимно от ЕС, САЩ, Швейцария и Япония. От друга страна, българските заявители на са достатъчно активни в изобретателската активност, което се отразява на конкурентоспособността на националната икономика.
