Регионалните Различия В Съвременна България: Икономически, Социални И Демографски Предизвикателства

Abstract

Насърчаването на икономическото развитие на България при отчитане на спецификите в регионите се явява сериозно предизвикателство пред регионалното управление у нас. Настъпилите и продължаващи промени в политическите и икономическите обстоятелства поставят въпроса относно постигнатите резултати в развитието на страната. Настоящата разработка е насочена към изследване на различията в България по разделение на регионите според класификацията на териториалните единици за статистически цели (NUTS), като оценява степента на икономическите, социалните и демографските предизвикателства чрез конструирането на многовариантен сравнителен анализ, базиран на комбинация от множество статистически значими индикатори. Извършеният анализ ясно очертава границите на регионалните диспропорции и необходимостта от подобряване на регионалната и кохезионна политика в страната.
