Обезщетенията За Безработица В България И Техният Потенциал За Превенция На Бедността

Abstract

Превенцията с бедността и социалното изключване е процес, който e пряко свързан с публичните стимули към уязвимите групи лица за постигане на достоен и независим живот. Наличието на трудов доход е една от основните предпоставки за преодоляване на този проблем. Въпреки това голяма част от работоспособните граждани са икономически неактивни и дори не търсят форми на заетост. Обективни фактори за това са ниското образование, липсата на трудови навици и ограниченото търсене на квалифициран труд. Ефект върху желанието и възможностите за заетост имат и характеристиките на данъчноосигурителната и социалната система, както и държавната политика по отношение на доходите и пазара на труда върху уязвимите групи лица.
