Глобални Ефекти На Вътрешната И Външната Девалвация Върху Експортния Потенциал

Abstract

Целта на настоящето изследване е чрез инструментариума на сравнителния анализ да се оцени девалвацията (както вътрешната, така и външната) като фактор със съществено въздействие върху националната конкурентоспособност. Структурата на разработката включва две основни части: първо, систематизация на макрофинансовите ефекти, чрез международен сравнителен анализ, както и извеждане на аргументи за последствията при политики на девалвация (външна или вътрешна); второ, изследване динамиката на износа като индикатор за посткризисно възстановяване – със значителна важност за страните с отворен тип на икономиката, които понасят и с особена сила ефектите на девалвацията в нейните две проявления: външна и вътрешна. В резултат от изследването се достига до оценката, че всяко абсолютизиране на необходимостта от девалвиране на националната валута, като основен инструмент за подкрепа на износа, изглежда необоснована и следва да се разглежда заедно с потенциалните негативи и рискове.
