Реализация На Концепцията За Устойчивост В Управлението

Abstract

Концепцията за устойчиво развитие на бизнеса, прилагана като мо- дел на управление, дава възможност за мултиплициране на положителните резултати от функционирането на бизнеса. Основна цел на разработката е да се проследят формите за реализация на устойчивия мениджмънт по нива на функционирането на бизнеса. За да стане възможно това, се разкрива същността и значението на устойчивия мениджмънт. Идеята за прилагането на устойчивия мениджмънт има интердисциплинарен и мултикултурен характер, който се свързва с икономически просперитет, екологосъобразен начин на живот и социалната отговорност на всички участници в бизнеса, както и на по-широк кръг от обществени групи. В разработката се прави обзорен анализ върху основните форми на реализация на устойчивия мениджмънт, а именно: като стандарт, действащ със силата на национален закон; като добра практика, водеща до повишаване на конкурентоспособността на предприемачеството; като международно споразумение по силата на постигнато единство при реализирането на значими проекти.
