Регулаторни И Данъчни Предизвикателства Пред Пазара На Криптоактиви

Abstract

Много от потенциалните ползи от криптоактивите за финансовия сектор са широко признати, включително спестяване на разходи, повишена ефективност и прозрачност. Разпространението на криптовалути и значителното разширяване на свързаните с тях нови икономически практики представляват безпрецедентни предизвикателства пред установените данъчни и пазарни регулации. Понастоящем на ниво ЕС съществуват регулаторни пропуски, което води до правна несигурност и слаба защита на инвеститорите. Европейската комисия предприе първите стъпки, за да поеме своята компетентност върху всички криптоактиви в рамките на ЕС и след цялостен преглед на цялата екосистема на криптоактиви издаде предложение за регламент относно пазарите на криптоактиви. Законодателните инициативи на ЕС се стремят да отключат потенциала на криптоактивите, като в същото време смекчават рисковете за финансовата стабилност, целостта на пазара и защитата на потребителите. Това ще доведе до повече и по-добри финансови продукти за потребителите, ще подобри финансовото приобщаване и финансирането на бизнеса. В това изследване се анализират регулаторните достижения и предизвикателства за преодоляване пред широкото имплементиране на блокчейн технологията и използването на криптовалутите. Обсъждат се силните и слаби страни в данъчните практики за облагане на криптовалути в някои страни и се акцентира върху възможностите за преодоляване на проблема – укриване на данъци.
