Abstract

Съвременните информационни и комуникационни технологии са фактор за постигане на ефективно управление в туристическия сектор и в частност на хотелите, като за целта е необходимо те да внедрят съвременни хотелски информационни системи, подходящи спрямо мащаба им и изискванията. Целта на настоящата статия е изследване на предлаганите на софтуерния пазар хотелски информационни системи и по-конкретно на тези, които успешно съчетават водещи иновационни тенденции като прилагане в бизнеса на уеб технологии, облачни решения и др. В тази връзка са решени следните задачи: анализирани са възможностите на Web 2.0 технологиите, облачните услуги и на технологията интернет на обектите (IoT) като важни технологични фактори за развитие на туристическата и хотелиерската индустрия; представени са особеностите и функционалните възможности на хотелските информационни системи; очертани са критерии за избор на хотелска информационна система; на тази база е направен сравнителен анализ на предлаганите на софтуерния пазар уеб базирани хотелски информационни системи; дефинирани са фактори и препоръки за избор и внедряване.
