Abstract

Настоящата разработка е резултат от провеждането на седемгодишен реален експеримент, който продължава и в момента и в хода на който се изправихме пред множество предизвикателства. Разгледани са основните моменти при изграждане на земеделско стопанство, чиято основна дейност е производството на качествени пчелни продукти. В статията се съпоставят двата основни типа земеделско производство – конвенционалното и биологичното. Представени са както техните достойнства, така и слабите им страни. Всички данни и показатели кореспондират с реални цени и резултати. Изследването е насочено изцяло към практиката и цели да покаже на младите хора в България, че могат да се реализират и развиват по родните си места, вместо да търсят препитание в големите градове или в чужбина.
