Възможности За Оптимизиране На Застрахователно-Техническите Резерви По Застраховка „Гражданска Отговорност“ На Автомобилистите

Abstract

През последните години застраховката „Гражданска отговорност“ на автомобилистите е водеща по отношение на реализирания премиен приход на българския застрахователен пазар. Това налага отделянето на значителни по обем застрахователно-технически резерви от страна на застрахователите. Оптимизирането на техния размер е приоритет за всяко застрахователно дружество. В статията са описани някои проблеми, свързани с прилагането на застраховката „Гражданска отговорност“ на автомобилистите в България. Основните от тях произлизат от действащата в страната нормативна уредба. Предложени са и възможни решения за оптимизиране размера на застрахователно-техническите резерви, като: въвеждане на системата „Бонус – Малус“; он-лайн продажбата на застраховката; премахване на изискването за залепване на стъклото на автомобилите на холограмен стикер.
