Състояние И Перспективи На Месодайното Говедовъдство В Република Украйна

Abstract

Разглежда се състоянието и перспективите за развитие на месодайно говедовъдство в Украйна. Изследването е проведено през периода 2012-2015 година. Обект са били ферми, стопански организации, кооперации и държавни институции занимаващи се с месодайно говедовъдство в република Украйна. Съществуват исторически, природо-климатични, фуражни и стопански предпоставки за развитие на месодайно говедовъдство в република Украйна. Наблюдава се наличен генофонд от местни породи (Украинска, Волинска, Полеска и Южна месна) и интродуцирани чуждестранни породи (Абердин Ангус, Сименатал, Шароле и Лимозин). Технологията и организацията на месодайното говедовъдство в условията на интензивно земеделие във всички природо-климатични зони и административни райони е основно отработена, анализирана и усвоена.
