Abstract

Статията представя възможностите за използване на функцията на полезност по фон Нойман-Моргенщерн като инструмент за избор на алтернатива за преодоляване на кризи в организации, функциониращи в неопределена среда. Статията е разработена в две части. Част първа аргументира избора на функциите на полезност в контекста на настоящата тема. В нея са изяснени и особеностите на приложение на функцията на полезност за оценяване на алтернативи, описани чрез инструменти от теорията на размитите множества. Във втора част е направена илюстрация на избора на размита триъгълна алтернатива чрез функцията на полезност в нейния класически вариант – описана чрез определени числа.
