Една Визия За Отношението Реконтинентализация - Интегрална Свързаност На Европейския Съюз

Abstract

В статията се дискутира как трасирането, проектирането и реализирането на трансконтинентални меридианни транспортни коридори и оси биха могли да улеснят развитието на периферийни и маргинални региони на Европейския съюз. Това е направено след като е намерено мястото на проблема интегрална свързаност в рамката на процес, който се обозначава като реконтинентализация (и респективно по отношение на Европейския съюз - субреконтинентализация). Представя се гледна точка (визия) за по-добра транспортна свързаност на страните от Източния европейски съюз и вчастност - България и Румъния. Посочва се, че конкретните транспортни коридори, оси, субоси и свързващи звена (конектори) след тяхното насочено интегриране са важен инструмент за съвместно развитие (икономическо, социално, екологично) на определени по-слабо развити региони в споменатите страни. Уточнени са конкретни инструменти за концептуализиране и развитие на пътнотранспортната решетка на Европейския съюз, както и идеи и визуални модели за транснационални меридианни транспортни коридори.
