Abstract

В основата на управлението на резултатността стои поставянето на адекватни стратегически цели, наблюдение на изпълнението и резултатите, както и навременното премахване на възникналите проблеми при изпълнението на предварително направения план. Системите от ключови индикатори за резултатност (СКИР) са силен инструмент за организационна промяна. Те могат да бъдат изградени по-ефективно и ефикасно посредством интегриран модел, който да обединява проектирането на ключови индикатори за резултатност и гъвкавото разработване на бизнес интелигентни системи.
