Актуални Проблеми При Счетоводното Отчитане На Разходите, Финансирани Със Средства От Европейския Съюз, В Публичния Сектор

Abstract

С проектите, финансирани със средства от оперативните програми към Европейските структурни и инвестиционни фондове, се предоставя финансиране на отделни сектори и дейности под условие, като с това се цели ускоряване на интеграцията, повишаване качеството на работата и услугите, развитие на човешкия ресурс и в крайна сметка подобряване на социалната, икономическата и политическата обстановка в страните−членки от Европейския съюз. В настоящата разработка се изясняват основните проблеми при счетоводното отчитане на разходите във връзка с изпълнението на тези проекти в бюджетните организации у нас. Акцентът се поставя върху правилата за допустимост на операции и дейности при усвояването на финансовата подкрепа от съюза.
