Фактори За Успех На Модела „Бизнес Процес Като Услуга“

Abstract

Моделът „Бизнес процес като услуга“ интегрира достиженията на концепциите за управление на бизнес процесите на базата на техните модели и облачните технологии. Той е насочен към бързото изграждане на автоматизирани бизнес процеси на базата на облачни услуги. В статията е направен опит за прецизиране обхвата на модела „Бизнес процес като услуга“, като са систематизирани неговите логически и технологични аспекти. Дефинирани са неговите предимства, както и някои проблеми при прилагането му. На тази база са изведени фактори за успешното му прилагане.
