Abstract

В статията се прави връзка между успеха и ролята на личните и професионални качества и групата - от една страна, и значението на съдедятелската среда - от друга. За общия резултат, който на практика е реализирана цел, с особено значение са компонентите на съдеятелската система. Нещо повече – дори при много висока оценка за личните и професионални качества и ефективна групова дейност, крайният резултат може да се отклонява в различна степен от очаквания. Причините за това се коренят в съдеятелската среда. Тя е източник на социална активност, защото може да провокира различно поведение на субектите. В зависимост от това: кои от компонентите й са активирани – може да бъде предпоставка за пасивно или активно поведение. В статията са разгледани и видовете поведение, които създават среда на неопределеност и се прави характеристика на социалната активност във връзка със съдеятелската среда и като поведенческа зависимост във времето.
