Философия На Общото Финансиране На Фирмата

Abstract

Общото финансиране на фирмата изисква добри познания за двата основни елемента на пасива на финансовия баланс – дългосрочните и краткосрочните капитали. Във връзка с това в статията се прави анализ на съотношенията, при които фирмените инвестиции могат да бъдат осигурени с капитали. Очертават се проблемите на позитивната и негативната структура на капиталите. Дават се препоръки за оптимизиране на собствените и привлечените капитали в името на една ефективна инвестиционна политика. Обект на внимание е и практиката на управление на капитала в българските фирми – практика,която непрекъснато се нуждае от обогатяване и усъвършенстване.
