Критичен Анализ На Проблемите В Болничния Сектор

Abstract

Мисията на болничните заведения е да предлагат и предоставят достъпна, висококачествена и висококвалифицирана медицинска помощ. Тя трябва да бъде в обхват, качество и обем, които следва да задоволяват потребностите от болнична помощ и високоспециализирани дейности и изследвания на населението. Същевременно тя трябва да бъде насочена и към възстановяване и укрепване на здравето на населението, към снижаване на смъртността и повишаване качеството на живот на населението на България. Данните за разходите за болнична медицинска помощ сочат, че на практика те представляват половината от всички разходи за здравноосигурителни плащания. Все още не са въведени обаче съвременните показатели за измерване ефективността на здравните дейности, които отчитат както извършените разходи, така и получените ползи за пациентите. Това представлява и основният проблем в управлението на здравноосигурителната система в нашата страна, а самата болнична помощ генерира многобройни проблеми, които непрекъснато се задълбочават.
