Модел За Финансиране На Средните Училища „Бонус–Ваучер“

Abstract

Настоящата разработка има за обект особеностите на управлението и разпределението на училищните финанси в образователната система. По-конкретно предмет на изследване са процесите на прехвърляне на правомощия от централната към местната власт и респективно към родителите и обвързването на финансирането с броя на учениците, единните разходни стандарти, разпределението на средства на общинско и училищно ниво. Целта на разработката е да се отличат особеностите в досегашния начин на финансиране чрез предоставяне възможност и на родителите, паралелно с новия модел за разпределяне на средствата. Ползвани са класическите аналитични методи – индукция, дедукция, критичен анализ и синтез.
