Специфика И Катализатори На Консолидацията В Банковия Сектор

Abstract

Консолидацията на банковия сектор се оценява като обещаващо решение на някои от настоящите секторни проблеми. Те са свързани преди всичко с ниското лихвено равнище, загубата на пазарни дялове от банките за сметка на FinTech фирми, както и адекватното съкращаване броя на кредитните институти, отговарящо на темпа на глобалното развитие на икономиката. Правилният анализ на спецификата на банковия сектор в сравнение с фирми от други браншове, съпроводен с умелия подбор и приложение на катализаторите на банковата консолидация, повишават вероятността за краен положителен ефект от нея. Решението за осъществяване на дадена банкова консолидация трябва да се отличава със своята обективност и безпристрастност. Постигането на рационално решение допуска отхвърляне на всяка консолидация с негативен ефект.
