Изменения Във Франчизната Стойност На Международните Банки В Европа След Базел Iii

Abstract

В настоящата разработка се изследват измененията в допълнителната стойност на банковия бизнес, като се фокусираме върху измененията след настъпването на кризата и след въвеждането на регулаторната рамка Базел III. Използваният подход за ефекта на фундаменталните изменения и промените в стойността на банковия капитал е базиран на франчизната стойност, като се изследват международни банки (с международна значимост), върху които влияе и макропруденциалният елемент от Базел III, с който допълнително се завишават техническите изисквания. Открива се значително свиване във франчизната и терминалната стойност на банковите институции, като се запазва трендът на редукция на франчизната стойност, съпроводено с нарастване на общия капитал. Такива промени ни навеждат на мисълта, че банките изпитват силен рисков глад.
