Държавна Задлъжнялост И Бюджетен Дефицит На Страните От Еврозоната През Призмата На Маастрихтските Критерии

Abstract

Основно предизвикателство и приоритет в управлението на финансите в развития свят, в т.ч. и държавите от еврозоната, е запазването на макроикономическа стабилност и постигане на фискална устойчивост. Придържането към съществуващите Маастрихтски изисквания за нормите на държавния дълг и бюджетния дефицит поставя основни критерии за един финансово стабилен икономически и паричен съюз. С проследяване динамиката на основните дългови показатели – консолидиран държавен дълг/БВП и дефицит/БВП за държавите от еврозоната – се обособяват три групи. Това показва необходимостта от по-задълбочено анализиране на тенденциите в дълговото управление заедно с неговата връзка с икономическия растеж.
