Бенефициентите – Ключов Компонент В Процеса На Европейското Финансиране В Р България

Abstract

Настоящата разработка се ангажира с изследване ролята на бенефициентите в България при усвояване на европейското финансиране през първия планов период от членството на страната в Европейския съюз (ЕС). Актуалността на изследването се предопределя от ключовото им значение, като преки участници в приложението на европейските финансови средства, предоставени по оперативните програми (ОП) и важността им за икономическото развитие на нашата страна. Ето защо е необходимо да се извърши оценка на цялостния напредък по отношение физическото и финансово изпълнение на програмите, основна роля за който имат самите бенефициенти. Във връзка с това оценката на ефективността на европейските средства в България е необходима, от една страна, за да допри-несе за по-качественото управление през настоящия програмен период, а от друга, за да даде ценна информация и насоки на бенефициентите на тези средства.
