Представянето На Стратегията – Компонент На Концепцията За Развитие На Организацията

Abstract

Представянето на дадена стратегия е резултат от сбора между потенциала на стратегията и нейното изпълнение. Проблематиката следва посоката на това, до каква степен стратегията е натоварена с градивна перспективност и доколко изпълнението ѝ е точно отражение на същинския замисъл на мениджърите. Изследователското търсене е продиктувано от съвременната динамична икономическа обстановка и постоянните изменения във външната обкръжаваща среда на организацията, които поставят мениджърите в позиция на търсене на нови подходи и управленски техники за адекватно посрещане на предизвикателствата и реалностите, стоящи пред тях.
