Анализ На Финансовото Състояние На Небанковите Инвестиционните Посредници В България

Abstract

Инвестиционните посредници в България осъществяват дейността си в условията на непълноценно развит пазар (недостатъчно инвеститори и малък брой публични дружества). При определяне на актуалното им състояние трябва да се анализират различни страни от тяхната същност и е необходимо провеждане на по-задълбочен анализ на финансовото им състояние. Целта на този анализ е установяване на налични проблеми и очертаване на перспективите, които стоят пред инвестиционните посредници в България. Финансовите показатели разкриват състоянието, в което се намират. Установяването на финансовата стабилност и вероятността от настъпване на банкрут може да се определи като превантивна мярка за избягване на негативните последици.
