Abstract

Целта на студията е да се дефинират основните теоретико-емпирични аспекти, свързани с мястото на етиката и компетентността в управлението. Във връзка с това основните задачи са да се проучи и да се определи значението на проблема, да се разкрият основните възможности, които дават етиката и компетентността за по-устойчив управленски процес и да се предложат идеи за ефективно прилагане на етичността и компетентността в организационното развитие. Научноизследователската теза, която се защитава, е свързана с възможността да се изградят добри управленски практики за въздействие върху поведението, основани на компетентност и етични отношения, като се използва адекватно обучение в етично поведение и се разработи подходящ етичен кодекс. Въз основа на изследването са постигнати следните основни резултати: теоретично са обобщени концептуални постановки за етиката и компетентността в съвременното управление, откроени са ролята и значението на етичните отношения и компетентността за ефективното общуване в организациите, направени са препоръки за прилагане на добри управленски практики, създаващи благоприятен социалнопсихологически климат за работа.
