Горската Политика И Нейната Роля За Икономическо Развитие На Аграрния Сектор

Abstract

Темата за политиката в горския сектор е актуална от гледна точка на провежданата европейска политика (в т.ч. и в България) и значимостта на горите и тяхната роля за смекчаване изменението на климата, възможностите за създаване на заетост и получаване на доходи от добиваните в горските територии ресурси и други. Настоящата разработка има за цел проучване и разкриване на възможностите за провеждане на горска политика в частта й за икономическо развитие на аграрния сектор. Нейното изпълнение се дефинира със следните задачи: проучване на теорията и практиката по посочената проблематика; запознаване с европейската и националната законодателна рамка на горската политика; идентифициране на проблемите и извеждане ролята на горския сектор за смекчаване изменението на климата и опазването на околната среда; отразяване състоянието на националния горски сектор; предложения и изводи относно необходимостта от устойчиво управление на горския сектор. Обект на изследване е горската политика. Предметът на изследване е ролята на горската политика за икономическо развитие на аграрния сектор. Изследователската теза произтича от необходимостта за провеждане на последователна горска политика – предпоставка за икономическо развитие на аграрния сектор.
