Abstract

The Shareconomy - the sharing of objects, areas, property, knowledge, information and experiences between individuals - is increasingly gaining importance within the population as well as in academia. Although the Shareconomy has developed into a major new trend in the consumer market, very few research results on this topic are yet to be found and the level of knowledge is quite low. This article provides an overview of the Shareconomy as well as show different ways of business models with their characteristics.
