Abstract

This study focusses on the field of Green Entrepreneurship. Following the configuration approach, the effect of the domains entrepreneur, strategy, environment and structure on the success of green entrepreneurship companies was assessed. Important was the composition of the four domains and the interplay between one another. The definition of the green entrepreneurship concept and the discussion of the configuration approach serve as a theoretical foundation. The necessary data was collected within eight green companies in Austria. The findings reveal that the four domains and their interplay strongly influence the success of green enterprises.
