Unternehmenskooperation als Resilienzstrategie. Nutzen für die Krisenbewältigung

Abstract

Interorganisational cooperation strengthens organisations in achieving their performance goals. Especially in crisis situations, the goals and functions of companies are threatened to varying degrees. Based on an analysis of cooperations in the COVID-19 pandemic, this article examines collaboration as a strategic and enhancing element of organisational resilience. / Interorganisationale Kooperation stellt eine Resilienzstrategie dar, die die Krisenbewältigung der beteiligten Kooperationspartner positiv beeinflussen kann. Aufbauend auf der Forschung zum Konzept der organisationalen Resilienz, zeigt dieser Beitrag zunächst ein neuartiges Modell zu Resilienz- und Austauschprozessen im Kontext von Kooperationen. Des Weiteren werden Kooperationen in der COVID-19-Pandemie untersucht und Trends strategischer Zusammenschlüsse in Krisensituationen herausgearbeitet. Drei unterschiedliche Fallbeispiele veranschaulichen, durch welche Faktoren und in welcher Art die Kooperationsparteien einen Resilienznutzen ziehen. Als Fazit lässt sich festhalten: Diversität erzielt in Kooperationen eine positive Resilienzwirkung. Digitale Lösungen gewinnen in der Krisenbewältigung zunehmend an Bedeutung. Darüber hinaus dient schnelles, flexibles, kreatives, unkonventionelles und unbürokratisches Handeln in Kooperationen als Katalysator für Resilienz.
