Risk and its impact on corporate finance

Abstract

The purpose of article is to review risks and its impact on both making decisions in enterprises and corporate finance. In article concepts of risk and uncertainty were compared, the author’s affiliation environmental risk classification was proposed, a wide range of risks were presented using a number of case studies. In addition, attention was drawn to the often overlooked aspect - the risk of not taking the risk – led by examples of hi-tech enterprises.
