Impact of the Fundamental Analysis on the Financial Decision Support Systems Efficiency

Abstract

The ATR indicator is one of the main indicators used on the financial markets. It is mostly used to determine level of the Stop Loss. However, very often mostly during important economical event strong currency pairs fluctuations occur. Such situations may lead to the closure with loss. In this article we propose a new modification of the ATR indicator, which allows to take into account price dynamics during the economic events.
