Abstract

Methodology: For the specific case of the country and more deeply in the footwear sector through a multiple case investigation, the needs of the sector are identified, as well as the opportunities and the progress that it has had, recognizing the most important senior managers and the companies that generate the most innovation and culture in the sector. Results: The importance of adapting to the demands of the market for the three companies under study represents a very important challenge, because this is simply what their useful life lies in.
