La transformación digital: estrategia generadora de cambios en las organizaciones

Abstract

[ES] Introducción: Las investigaciones sobre la transformación digital y la digitalización esta fragmentada, en la actualidad tiene una amplia aplicación práctica en las organizaciones modernas, esta estrategia genera cambios en las organizaciones. El objetivo, construir un marco conceptual amplio y una agenda de investigación que incluya los impulsores para implementar la transformación y las tecnologías digitales, los recursos y las capacidades y los impactos en las organizaciones, considerando cuatro niveles de aplicación: individuo, organización, ecosistemas y geopolítica. Metodología: se realizó un análisis cualitativo y una revisión sistemática de documentos de alto impacto. Resultado: se construyó un modelo que integra los conceptos estudiados y una agenda de investigación. Conclusiones: la transformación digital está creando cambios en los individuos, en las organizaciones, en los ecosistemas y en la geopolítica, por lo que es importante profundizar en la investigación de estos temas. [EN] Introduction: Research on digital transformation and digitization is fragmented, currently it has a wide practical application in modern organizations, this strategy generates changes in organizations. The objective is to build a broad conceptual framework and a research agenda that includes the drivers to implement the transformation and digital technologies, the resources and capacities, and the impacts on organizations, considering four levels of application: individual, organization, ecosystems, and geopolitics. Methodology: a qualitative analysis and a systematic review of high impact documents were carried out. As a result, a model was built that integrates the concepts studied and a research agenda. Results: the digital transformation is creating changes in individuals, in organizations, in ecosystems and in geopolitics, so it is important to deepen the investigation of these issues.
