El rol del Ejército Nacional de Colombia, desde el año 2010, con respecto al conflicto ambiental

Abstract

El conflicto armado en Colombia no solo involucra las confrontaciones entre el Ejército Nacional y los grupos armados ilegales; el medioambiente también es víctima de este flagelo, tanto desde la ilegalidad como desde la legalidad. Es así que esta investigación analiza el rol del Ejército Nacional de Colombia desde el año 2010, con respecto al conflicto ambiental. Para tal fin se realizará una búsqueda sistemática de literatura disponible en bases de datos indexadas (DialnetPlus, Scielo y Scopus), para ubicar literatura actual relacionada con el tema de estudio, empleando los operadores boléanos AND; OR; NOT. Como resultado, se estructuran tres categorías de análisis: 1) Conceptualización del conflicto ambiental en Colombia, 2) Ejército Nacional como actor del conflicto ambiental y, 3) Delitos ambientales y los compromisos de Colombia. A modo de conclusión, se estableció que los delitos ambientales y el rol de Ejército Nacional, en términos generales, son una problemática que trasciende fronteras, debido a que la ejecución de las tropas no tiene como determinante un objetivo militar específico.
