La influencia de las FARC-EP y el ELN en el dominio humano desde los años 60 en Colombia

Abstract

Más que controlar territorios y ciudades o destruir al enemigo, los conflictos históricamente se han basado en influir o controlar la población (el Dominio Humano). Tal vez Colombia no ha sido la excepción, donde las extintas Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia - Ejército del Pueblo (FARC-EP) y el Ejército de Liberación Nacional (ELN) han desarrollado tareas para influir en la población y ganar legitimidad ante esta. En este sentido, este artículo busca explicar cómo estas organizaciones armadas han desarrollado tareas en torno a la influencia sobre la población, basada en sus planes estratégicos, en la opinión de expertos en temas de seguridad y sociología, y en la percepción de la comunidad de inteligencia del Ejército Nacional e incluso en testimonios de exintegrantes de estas mismas guerrillas. Dicho de otra formar, se quiere evidenciar una posible estrategia en el Dominio Humano por parte de estos actores no estatales.
