Abstract

Bullying is defined as the aggression of a student to another who becomes a victim when he is continually subjected and for a long time to violent or aggressive actions by one or several classmates (Olweus, 1986). This problem has affected the youth population in Colombia for decades and has become the object of study because of the different causes and consequences that it brings to the lives of the people involved, their families and other social environments. Likewise, other factors of this situation have been analyzed that, without having the attention and control measures, can become more complex problems in the medium and long term, as is the case of young people who commit criminal acts. Through the quantitative methodology we analyze these behaviors in studies carried out previously as the basis for the foundation of this article; In this sense, they derive problems related to gangism, use and abuse of psychoactive substances, illegal carrying of weapons, among others; aspects that are evident in many school environments in our country and specifically in our city
