Abstract

El posconflicto en Colombia nos presenta un nuevo escenario de retos y desafíos para la seguridad nacional. Tras la salida negociada al conflicto con las FARC-EP, se hace necesario plantear una nueva agenda de temas prioritarios en materia de seguridad, que responda a las nuevas amenazas que nos plantea el sistema internacional. Aquellas nuevas amenazas deben estar acompanadas por una respuesta integral por parte del gobierno que permitan fortalecer la capacidad de acción y reacción del Estado frente a estas dinámicas, para abordar de manera efectiva el impacto de estos fenómenos transnacionales
