Abstract

En este trabajo se analiza la supervivencia de las empresas del sector industrial de Medellín creadas entre los anos 2000 y 2010, en dónde la probabilidad de supervivencia se calcula con base en los tamanos de las empresas al momento de nacer, según el tipo de sociedad o forma jurídica y también por ramas o sectores de la industria.******This paper analyzes the survival of the industrial firms of Medellin created between 2000 and 2010. The likelihood of survival is calculated based on company size at birth, according to the type of company or legal form as well as by industry sectors.
