Abstract

Durante el segundo semestre de 2007, nos visitó el abogado norteamericano Stanley N. Alpert, quien compartió a través de unas charlas con la comunidad académica de la Universidad Libre, Sede Cartagena2 y de la Fundación Tecnológica Antonio de Arévalo, TECNAR, su experiencia en los Estados Unidos con la educación clínica legal. Además de la experiencia personal, sus observaciones se fundan principalmente en un artículo de Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. y Steven P. Solow, titulado “Litigio Ambiental Clínico en Educación: Un Estudio de Caso”, publicado en 1993 por J. Envtl. L. y liras, pagina 319.
