Futuro de los fondos estructurales de la Unión Europea tras la política regional 2007-2013: impacto en Castilla-La Mancha

Abstract

En el marco de la Unión Europea de los 27 (UE-27), se está produciendo un proceso de cambio interno en las estructuras supranacionales que por un lado benefician a los países recién incorporados, pero perjudican a los países que tienen una trayectoria de mayor calado, entre los que se encuentra Espana, y que verá reducida la cuantía que percibe de la UE mediante los fondos estructurales. La nueva estructura de reparto de fondos para la equiparación de las rentas medias en los países de la unión, habla de la creación de un grupo de regiones que pasen de ser “objetivo prioritario”, a ser “regiones intermedias”, lo que puede significar que, desde el punto de vista de la obtención de ayudas comunitarias, disminuyan en cuantía, pero no por completo, como se preveía hasta antes del comienzo del plan 2007/2013.
